Want to get involved with le Refuge? Joining our team of volunteers means offering a bit of your time to support LGBTQIA+ young people. Everyone gets involved at their own pace, whether regularly or occasionally.
Where?
The meetings and field actions generally take place in Ixelles and Brussels.
When?
Join our meeting every 2nd Thursday of the month, either in person or online.
How?
Fill in our online form to help us better understand your availability and the type of assignment that interests you. We will then contact you for an information session and to integrate you into the team!

Make a material donation
Your donations of clothing, hygiene products, supplies, or equipment directly help the young people housed at le Refuge. Before donating, please contact us to find out about current needs and send photos of the items you wish to offer.

Yes, of course. We only accept clean clothes in good condition, and if possible, sorted by category (jackets, trousers, t-shirts…). We do not take underwear.

• Yuman Saint-Gilles – 123 Charleroi Road, Saint-Gilles. Mon - Sat: 11am - 7pm.
• Yuman Etterbeek – 8A Squadron Street, Etterbeek. Mon - Sat: 11am - 7pm.

Currently, le Refuge does not yet have approval for tax deductions. However, every donation is essential to ensure our mission for LGBTQIA+ youth.
