2. A first exchange
A member of our team will contact you shortly to understand your situation and see how we can help you.
3. A meeting at the Refuge
If your needs match our services, we will arrange a confidential meeting with our psychosocial team. This appointment will allow us to better understand your situation and assess possible solutions.
4. Accommodation and support
If a place is available and you wish to be accommodated, we will explain the house rules and the support steps. If we cannot welcome you immediately, we will look for suitable alternatives with you.
5. A follow-up to move forward
Beyond accommodation, we offer support to help you regain stability: access to rights, health, employment, training, housing… We are here to help you progress at your own pace.
